Residents of Teresina gathered early in the morning to participate in the third edition of the Assembly in Action project, which offers over 80 free services.

In Teresina, Brazil, residents flocked to Praça do Bela Vista I on the morning of Saturday, the 21st, to take part in the third edition of the Assembly in Action project, a partnership between the Piauí Legislative Assembly (Alepi) and Rede Clube. The initiative provides access to more than 80 free services, catering to various community needs. Many attendees lined up as early as 4 AM to ensure they could take advantage of the offerings.

Francisca Pereira, a resident of Bela Vista I, was the first to arrive, hoping to renew her National Identity Card, a service provided by the Secretary of Public Security of Piauí through the Félix Pacheco Digital Identification Institute. She emphasized the importance of arriving early to secure her place in line for the often high-demand service, reflecting the eagerness of the community to utilize the free offerings.

Additionally, Luana Silva brought her children to the event, not only to update documents but also to enjoy the children's space called “Alepigoods,” designed to encourage creativity among young participants. Such initiatives illustrate the community spirit and proactive engagement of residents in accessing essential services and improving their quality of life, showcasing the positive impact of local governmental projects on citizens' daily lives.
