Ukrainian drone manufacturer Ukrainska Bavovna has partnered with Czech company Pavetra Aerospace for the development and production of new UAVs.
Ukrainska Bavovna, a Ukrainian drone manufacturer, has embarked on a strategic partnership with the Czech company Pavetra Aerospace to jointly develop and produce advanced unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), including the Shuhai strike drone and an interceptor UAV. This collaboration signifies an important step for Ukraine as it continues to enhance its defense capabilities amid ongoing conflicts. The announcement came alongside a press statement detailing that legal preparations for the project have been completed, and they are now moving into active research and development with plans for imminent battlefield testing.
The Shuhai strike drone, a brainchild of this partnership, is designed for precision strikes at targets located over 50 kilometers away. This capability reflects a significant advancement in battlefield technology and is expected to bolster the operational effectiveness of Ukrainian forces. Furthermore, the collaboration involves the expertise of the 9th Separate Brigade of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, highlighting an integrated approach to military technology development that includes direct input from active military personnel.
