Ukrainian defense company TAF Industries has initiated a collaboration with German manufacturer Wingcopter to start the production of drones in Germany. The agreement, signed on February 13 during the Munich Security Conference, aims to enhance Ukraine's military capabilities by utilizing Germany's industrial resources combined with TAF's innovative drone technologies. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was present at the signing, emphasizing the significance of this partnership in the ongoing conflict.
The CEO of TAF Industries, Volodymyr Zinovskyi, stated that expanding the production of drone technologies—which have been effective in saving lives on the front lines—is a top priority for the company. This joint venture will not only contribute to increasing drone production for military use but also aims to integrate battle-tested innovations into scalable industrial manufacturing. Zinovskyi expressed a commitment to sharing expertise and knowledge with partners, highlighting the collaborative efforts in strengthening collective defense capabilities.
This development is part of a broader initiative to enhance Ukraine's defense infrastructure amid ongoing needs resulting from the conflict with Russia.
