Early Saturday, Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling targeted various locations in southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut, resulting in one fatality and several injuries. The strike on a house in the village of al-Ghandouriya in the Bint Jbeil district was particularly devastating, with reports indicating that first responders rescued two individuals trapped under debris. This escalation included renewed artillery bombardments on towns such as Naqoura and Haramut in the Tyre region, as well as several villages in the Marjeyoun district, including Khyam and Taybe.
