A new course focused on Easter egg production is now open for registration for residents of São Vicente, Brazil, offering training in chocolate techniques and entrepreneurship.
The São Paulo government, through the Secretariat of Economic Development (SDE), has announced that registrations are now open for a course focused on producing Easter eggs, part of the Qualifica SP program. This course is targeted at residents of São Vicente and offers a total of 15 spots. Interested individuals can register through the Trampolim website or the Technical, Technological and Professional Education Coordination (CETTPRO) website until this Sunday, the 22nd. The hands-on classes will take place in the morning during the specified course duration.
The course will consist of 80 hours of instruction, equipping participants with valuable skills in chocolate tempering techniques, preparing various fillings like 'ovo de colher,' surprise eggs, and truffles, along with guidance on packaging and strategies for entrepreneurship. It aims to capitalize on the Easter season as an opportunity for income generation among participants. Classes will be held from March 25 to April 16, occurring from Monday to Friday.
This initiative highlights the government's efforts to boost local entrepreneurship and skill development, allowing residents to take advantage of seasonal opportunities. By providing these training programs, the São Paulo government is not only promoting the craft of Easter egg making but also empowering individuals with the knowledge to potentially establish their own small businesses, which can have a positive impact on the local economy.
