Jander José da Silva was arrested in Teresina on Friday morning after presenting himself at the Department of Homicide and Person Protection, being suspected of fatally stabbing painter Luiz Omano da Silva during a charity bingo event. The altercation happened on Saturday, October 14, in the Promorar neighborhood of South Teresina.
