DYPA: Applications for participation from certification providers in the new program

Today, the submission of applications begins for certification providers to participate in DYPA's new skills enhancement program targeting high-demand sectors.

Starting today, March 20, at 14:00, certification providers are invited to submit their applications for participation in the new DYPA initiative titled 'Programs for upgrading skills and retraining in high-demand sectors, focusing on digital, green, and financial literacy skills'. This program, under Action 16913, aims to enhance the skills of employees in the private sector, reaching up to 114,384 workers.

The program will consist of 150 hours of training delivered through remote learning methods, combining 149 hours of asynchronous training and 1 hour of synchronous training. By utilizing a training voucher system, the program provides a structured framework for continuous professional development. Following the training, participants will receive certification of their knowledge and skills through certification vouchers, ensuring that they are adequately prepared for the demands of the evolving job market.

This initiative reflects a broader commitment to upskilling the workforce amid shifts in various sectors towards digital and green economies. By focusing on high-demand skills, DYPA not only addresses current employment needs but also prepares workers for future challenges, enhancing their overall employability and contributing to the sustainability of the labor market in Greece.
