During the signing ceremony held on Thursday, October 19, Corrêa emphasized the festival's role in enhancing the city’s vibrancy and attracting visitors. The event will include a traditional route, starting from the Passarela do Caranguejo and proceeding down Avenida Santos Dumont, covering a distance of approximately 4 kilometers until it reaches the Farol da Coroa do Meio.
