A fatal confrontation occurred on Thursday, 19th, in Santana, Amapá, where the Police Military engaged with an individual named Willen Ramon during a patrol operation. This operation was initiated following anonymous tips about illegal drug activities taking place in a residence in the Piçarreira invasion area. Upon arrival, police encountered several suspects, some of whom fled into a wooded area.

During the police's attempt to apprehend the suspects, Willen Ramon allegedly pointed a firearm at the officers, leading them to respond with force. Unfortunately, this resulted in him being shot during the exchange. Emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene, where they confirmed Ramon’s death.
