Loreta Baltuškienė, the director of the center, points out that the apprenticeship process engages not only teachers and students, but also local businesses, which find it crucial for specialists to be able to integrate quickly into work processes.

The principle of apprenticeship is straightforward; the majority of learning occurs within companies where students work alongside experienced masters and learn through practical tasks. Concurrently, they gain theoretical knowledge at the training center, aiding their understanding of technological processes, safety requirements, and foundational aspects of their profession. This dual approach provides young individuals with a clearer perspective on their chosen career paths, fostering both practical skills and essential workplace knowledge.

Apprenticeships are deemed particularly relevant for young people eager to enter the job market swiftly.
