Azul Airlines experienced an operational hiccup when flight AD8754, traveling from Campinas to Madrid, was forced to return to Viracopos Airport. The company stated that the action was necessary due to 'operational issues' that arose during the flight. Passengers disembarked normally upon landing at Viracopos, highlighting the smooth execution of emergency protocols by the airline.
As a consequence of this incident, the return flight AD8755 from Madrid to Campinas, scheduled for Thursday (19), was canceled. Azul Airlines has communicated to all affected passengers that they received assistance in line with the National Civil Aviation Agency’s (ANAC) Resolution 400. This includes re-accommodations on alternative flights, ensuring that passengers are supported during this unexpected disruption.
