On the night of Tuesday, October 17, a man was arrested in Eldorado dos Carajás, located in the southeastern region of Pará, Brazil, after he allegedly broke into a woman's house and attempted to rape her. The victim reported that while she was at home, the suspect invaded her premises, pushed her into a bedroom, and aggressively tried to remove her clothing.

Fortunately, the woman managed to escape and sought help from her neighbors, who responded to her call for assistance. After the suspect fled the scene, police utilized the victim's description to locate him in the same neighborhood, where he was subsequently identified by her. The incident escalated as the suspect reportedly resisted arrest, prompting law enforcement to use pepper spray and handcuffs to subdue him.

The arrested individual, identified as Victor Raniele Oliveira Nogueira, was taken to the police station and is currently in custody pending legal proceedings.
