A 58-year-old man named José Maria Damasceno Alves was arrested in flagrante delicto for sexual harassment on a circular bus operating within the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) campus in the Guamá neighborhood of Belém. This incident occurred on a Tuesday afternoon, involving a university student as the victim. The student reported that the suspect approached her from behind in a manner that was both deliberate and sexual in nature.
