Confido gets new board members

Confido Medical Group announces new board members as Helin Tiidol and Rauno Pukonen step down from their positions.

Confido Medical Group is undergoing a leadership change with the departure of Helin Tiidol, the Chief Financial Officer, and Rauno Pukonen, the Chief Medical Officer. They will end their board memberships on April 6. Eve Härma and Mihkel Luigas will step into these roles, indicating a transition from external to internal leadership within the organization.

Helin Tiidol has been with Confido since 2019, playing a crucial role in building the financial management system that has facilitated the company's rapid growth and development. Under her leadership, the company evolved from a small entity into a significant medical group, showcasing considerable adaptability and organizational success over the years.

Rauno Pukonen, who joined as Chief Medical Officer in 2023, has contributed to the significant enhancement of preventive and primary medical services offered by Confido. Today, primary care services account for approximately one-third of the group’s overall turnover, highlighting the impact of his leadership in expanding the company's offerings and securing a strong position in the healthcare market.
