The second list of beneficiaries for the 'Minha Casa, Minha Vida' housing program was published on Monday, revealing that 192 families in Manaus have been selected to receive support. The list was made public in the Official Journal of the Municipality and details the apartments available for these families, which are part of the Morar Melhor 14 (MM14) residential complex located in the Tarumã-Açu neighborhood.

The total number of families assisted now stands at 384 across the first two lists. The municipal government of Manaus has announced that the apartments provided through the program will be fully furnished, which is a significant benefit for the selected families. Items included with the apartments range from beds and mattresses to kitchen appliances like refrigerators and stoves, along with essential household items such as wardrobes, fans, and televisions.

The selection process for this program adhered to established criteria set forth by the Ministry of Cities and regulations from the Municipal Department of Housing and Land Affairs (Semhaf). This initiative not only aims to address housing shortages in Manaus but also strives to improve the quality of life for underprivileged families by providing them with sufficient housing support and amenities.
