Mitre Realty has partnered with Dubai's NKEY to develop a residential building in São Paulo's Pinheiros neighborhood, with a projected sales value of R$ 825 million.
Mitre Realty, a Brazilian real estate developer, has announced a new partnership with Dubai-based architecture firm NKEY to construct a residential project named NAEEM in the Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo. The project will occupy a 5,000-square-meter plot of land and holds a potential sales value of R$ 825 million (approximately $150 million). This collaboration marks NKEY's first entry into the Brazilian residential market, and they plan to expand further within the country through this partnership.
The planned residential development will feature apartments ranging in size from 188 to 479 square meters, including duplex and penthouse options. Specific pricing information for these units has not yet been disclosed, indicating that the company may be gauging market interest before setting definitive price points. Positioned towards the medium to high-end market segment, Mitre Realty aims to leverage its publicly traded status on the B3 stock exchange to attract investment and ensure the project’s success.
This strategic partnership highlights a growing trend of international collaboration in Brazil's real estate sector, where foreign investment and expertise are increasingly sought to foster development. Given the project's scope and potential revenue, it could have significant implications for the real estate landscape in São Paulo, drawing attention from both local buyers and international investors who are keen on Brazil's expanding housing market.
