Fábio Vaz dos Santos, a 50-year-old sergeant of the Military Police, was laid to rest in Aparecida, SP, after losing his life in a tragic accident that occurred during a police chase in Taubaté. The incident happened on the night of July 16, when the tactical vehicle he was riding in overturned following a collision with a motorcycle. Despite immediate medical assistance and being transported to the Regional Hospital of Taubaté, he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
