Harish Ali, a second-year BDS student at the Kohliwal Dental College and Research Center, was arrested by the Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) in Moradabad on charges of being involved in terrorist activities. According to Hostel Warden Jeet Singh, Harish had previously prepared for the NEET exam while residing in Kota and was considered a promising student at his college.
