HAERA in Nagoya's Sakae to Open in June, Featuring One of Japan's Largest Luxury Boutiques
The new HAERA commercial facility in Nagoya's Sakae district is set to open on June 11, featuring Japan's one of the largest luxury boutiques.
The HAERA commercial complex, located in Nagoya's Sakae district, is scheduled to open on June 11. Advertised as a 'luxury mall,' HAERA will house approximately 65 shops, with about 40 of them making their debut in the Tokai region. This facility will be integrated into the multi-story building 'The Landmark Nagoya Sakae' and connected directly to Sakae subway station. Notably, Chanel will have one of the largest boutiques in Japan here, alongside flagship stores for Cartier, Hermès, and Louis Vuitton.
Several fashion brands will also make their debut in this region, including 'Skima,' which focuses on leather shoes and accessories, and 'SAVE THE DUCK,' a brand known for avoiding animal-derived materials. The initiative behind HAERA involves collaboration from four companies, including J. Front Retailing, which held a press conference to outline the project's details in Nagoya. Keiji Ono, the president of J. Front Retailing, stated that he envisions Nagoya's Sakae becoming a hub attracting visitors from around the world, with HAERA serving as the core of that vision.
Additionally, 'The Landmark Nagoya Sakae' will feature 'TOHO Cinemas Nagoya Sakae,' which is equipped with ten screens and will also open on June 11, further enhancing the area's appeal. The initiative aims to revitalize the Sakae district and create a vibrant atmosphere by synergizing with nearby establishments like Nagoya Parco and Matsuzakaya Nagoya Store.
