On Monday, the Government of Pará inaugurated a new Fire Department barracks in the municipality of Almeirim, located in the Lower Amazon region of Brazil. This new unit aims to increase the presence of the Fire Department in the interior of the state and enhance their capacity to respond to fire incidents, rescues, and pre-hospital care. The event was attended by Governor Helder Barbalho, who emphasized the importance of this facility for public safety.
