When emergency responders arrived, they found that the driver and the front-seat passenger had left the scene of the accident and their whereabouts were unknown. The two injured women were a 24-year-old who was pulled from the vehicle with abrasions and pain in her pelvic region, and a 27-year-old who was discovered outside the car with complaints of pain in her collarbone, chest, and left rib, in addition to abrasions all over her body. The local emergency medical service, SAMU, also participated in the rescue efforts.
