Scheduled to be held from March 20 to 22, 2026, the event will take place at the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA), specifically in the indoor swimming pool. The event under the title "A.S. PERA – Athletic Journey from Constantinople to Athens IV" reflects the club's long-standing legacy in the sports community.

The competition will include both competitive and mini-categories, catering to young swimmers aged 8 to 12 years. The opening ceremony is set for March 21 at 12:30 PM, where athletes will also parade, showcasing the widespread engagement and enthusiasm surrounding the event.
