Sephora, a popular beauty retailer known for its wide selection of cosmetics and skincare products, is intensifying its expansion efforts in the UK by announcing the opening of its first stores in Scotland. The company has plans to launch new branches in both Edinburgh and Glasgow, with the locations expected to open during summer 2026. This move marks a significant step in Sephora's strategy to enhance its footprint across the UK and make its products more accessible to consumers in different regions.

The new stores will be situated in prominent shopping centers: the St James Quarter in Edinburgh and the Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow. Notably, the Glasgow location will be the largest Sephora store in Scotland, boasting a retail space of 5,048 square feet. The Edinburgh store will also feature a substantial retail area of 4,961 square feet. Such sizes indicate Sephora's intention to create an immersive shopping experience, which they refer to as 'temples of beauty.'
