Auroora, described as Finland's largest series consolidator operating across several industries, has embarked on an initial public offering (IPO) on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The company's strategy focuses on acquiring selected small and medium-sized enterprises in Finland and its neighboring markets, particularly in specific industrial and technical segments, thus enhancing its operational footprint which currently spans 25 different businesses.

The IPO aims to secure around 35 million euros in gross proceeds, which will be used to facilitate the implementation of Auroora's growth strategy. This financial injection is intended to accelerate its plans for expansion and solidify its presence in the relevant markets. As part of its business model, Auroora emphasizes a proactive approach to integrating and optimizing its acquisitions, which could lead to improved operational efficiency across its portfolio of businesses.

Based in Tampere, Auroora reported approximately 850 employees at the end of the previous year, with a significant majority (92%) located in Finland.
