Apollo Group is offering bonds to the public in Estonia to fund its expansion in the Baltic region and Finland.
Starting from Tuesday until March 16, all Estonians can purchase bonds of the Apollo Group through their banks, which connects cinema, bookstore, and restaurant businesses. The company, which boasts a million loyal customers, is issuing five-year bonds with a 7% interest rate. This ambitious bond issuance could raise up to 70 million euros, marking a significant step for the largest entertainment and restaurant chain in the Baltics as it aims to accelerate its growth across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.
