Jewish Museum organizes literary meetings with Natalia Timerman
The Jewish Museum of São Paulo will host monthly reading and writing workshops beginning March 21, led by writer Natalia Timerman, focusing on themes important to Jewish tradition.
Starting March 21, the Jewish Museum of São Paulo (MUJ) will launch the Ketav club, a series of reading and writing workshops featuring invited authors, facilitated by writer Natalia Timerman. The workshops aim to explore significant themes in Jewish tradition, such as memory and identity, through literary discussions.
The events will occur monthly, alternating between reading clubs and writing workshops, with each session centered around two literary works linked by a common theme. Notable authors such as Júlia de Carvalho Hansen, Tatiana Eskenazi, Bruna Waitman, and Antônio Xerxenesky are slated to participate as guests. The first meeting will feature Timerman discussing her writing, including her books 'As Pequenas Chances' and 'Copo Vazio'.
All events are free of charge, but tickets are limited and must be reserved through the museum's website, museujudaicosp.org.br/programacao, which also provides the complete schedule of events. If an event reaches full capacity, a waiting list will be created to accommodate additional attendees, ensuring broad access to these culturally significant gatherings.
