AADE: The tax statements for ENFIA 2026 have been posted – Deadlines, payment methods, and discounts

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) in Greece has announced the publication of ENFIA tax statements for 2026, detailing significant financial figures and available discounts.

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has completed the posting of the ENFIA tax statements for 2026 on the digital portal myAADE. In total, 7,155,186 tax determinations were issued, resulting in tax certification for 6,171,359 taxpayers, amounting to a total of €2,297,019,848.39. This indicates a large-scale effort to ensure taxpayers are informed of their obligations well in advance, reflecting the government's intent to manage public revenue effectively.

Additionally, the AADE has granted ENFIA discounts to 428,147 beneficiaries for 609,219 rights, resulting in substantial savings amounting to €26,096,715.41. These discounts are aimed at easing the financial burden on homeowners, especially amid ongoing economic challenges. The AADE has thereby provided a financial relief mechanism for taxpayers who are eligible for these discounts, thus encouraging compliance with tax laws.

Taxpayers can conveniently access their tax statements through the myAADE digital portal or the myAADEapp, which simplifies the process of tax management. Payment of the tax can be made either in a lump sum or in 12 monthly installments, with the deadline for the first installment soon approaching. The flexibility in payment methods indicates the authority's comprehension of taxpayers' needs, helping to ensure timely compliance while promoting efficiency in tax collection.
