A man born in 2003 was arrested around 0:15 AM at a bar on LaisvÄ—s Avenue in Kaunas after attempting to evade arrest for a public order offense. In his attempts to resist, he physically attacked a uniformed officer from the Kaunas County Police Headquarters by delivering a kick. The officer, who was born in 2002, did not seek medical attention despite experiencing physical pain and continued his duties.
