In a terrifying road accident on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway in Unnao district, a double-decker bus registered in Bihar overturned while heading towards Agra from Lucknow. The bus, reportedly traveling at high speed while overtaking, lost control and flipped. Chaos ensued among the passengers, with screams of panic echoing at the scene. The situation was grave, prompting nearby road users to halt their vehicles and rush to help, alerting the police immediately.
Witnesses broke the bus windows to rescue trapped passengers until the police arrived on the scene. A police team then coordinated the rescue of the injured individuals. Approximately 10 to 12 passengers sustained injuries from the accident and were admitted to the nearby CHC Auras hospital for emergency treatment. The other passengers were safely transported to their destination by another bus.
