Alarming data about young Poles. The Ministry of Education reacts

The Polish Minister of Education announced plans to develop the National Youth Strategy in response to a report highlighting mental health issues among young Poles.

Barbara Nowacka, the Polish Minister of Education, has announced that by the end of autumn, the government aims to outline the National Youth Strategy, a significant initiative prompted by the alarming findings of the report "Diagnosis of Youth 2026" commissioned by the Ministry of Education. This report focuses on individuals aged 15 to 29 and reveals that many young Poles are battling stress, burnout, and fear of professional failure. Furthermore, it points to a trend of young people entering adulthood later and hesitating to engage in romantic relationships, resulting in a lack of stable self-esteem. Despite these challenges, Generation Z continues to view the future with optimism, suggesting resilience amid adversity.
