Kristo Siimer, who began the race in 15th place, managed to climb to 14th after the second round but struggled greatly in the third, leading to four missed shots. Ultimately, Siimer finished in 39th place, trailing the winner by five and a half minutes. Another competitor, Mark-Markos Kehva, also faced difficulties, finishing 56th, eight minutes behind the frontrunners. Both competitors faced a tough day, with coach Karel Viigipuu describing the conditions as the most difficult of the season.
