Sauna and laundry house created for front-line soldiers, this time the tenth, moves from Tartu toward Kyiv
The tenth sauna complex dedicated to front-line soldiers has been dispatched from Tartu, Estonia, to Ukraine as part of a charitable mission.
On the morning of March 14th, a sauna complex along with a support vehicle was sent from the Vahi industrial park in Estonia towards Ukraine, marking the tenth such contribution aimed at supporting front-line soldiers. The initiative is part of a charitable mission led by a non-profit organization called 'Saunad Ukrainasse' (Saunas to Ukraine).
This particular sauna complex, valued at 120,000 euros, is a testament to the ongoing humanitarian support from Estonian entrepreneurs and a wide array of individual donors who have contributed generously to this worthy cause. Each sauna is intended to provide comfort and morale boosting for soldiers stationed in harsh conditions, emphasizing the solidarity and assistance from the Estonian community towards their Ukrainian counterparts.
As the conflict in Ukraine continues, these donations serve not only a practical purpose but also symbolize international support and unity against adversity. The project reflects the dedication of Estonian citizens to help those in need, highlighting the importance of solidarity in times of war, and may encourage further contributions from other countries to support Ukraine effectively.
