A new premium car arrives in Argentina, and the automaker announces more launches to come

Audi has launched the third generation of its Q3 SUV in Argentina, available in two versions, with plans for further models in the near future.

Audi has officially introduced the third generation of its Q3, a compact SUV, to the Argentine market, which is being imported from Hungary. The new Q3 is available in two body styles: the traditional SUV and a Sportback variant, each offered in two versions named Advanced and Advanced Plus. Both versions of the Q3 will feature a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine that produces around 150 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed TFSI S tronic automatic transmission.

In addition to this launch, Audi has explored the possibility of eliminating internal taxes to enhance their pricing strategy in the Argentine market. While the current offerings do not include hybrid engine options available in other global markets, Audi has not ruled out the possibility of introducing hybrids in Argentina in the future. The presentation of the new Q3 took place at the prestigious Audi Lounge, the brand's flagship dealership located at the intersection of Avenida Figueroa Alcorta and Tagle in Buenos Aires, marking a significant event for local automotive enthusiasts.

Looking ahead, Audi has announced that it will expand its local lineup with the addition of the S5 Avant model in the coming months, signaling a commitment to grow its presence in the premium segment of the Argentine automobile market. This expansion not only reflects the brand's adaptability to local market conditions but also highlights the increasing demand for premium vehicles among Argentine consumers.
