During a press conference, a ministry spokesperson claimed that the investigation severely disrupts international economic and trade order and noted that the World Trade Organization's expert panel has already judged that such tariffs based on Section 301 are a violation of regulations. The spokesperson also urged the U.S. to rectify its misguided actions and return to the appropriate path of dialogue and negotiation.
