R. K. Juškaitė, who died at the age of 88, was a notable figure in Lithuania as the niece of partisan general Jonas Žemaitis-Vytautas, who served as the fourth President of Lithuania. Her mother, Kotryna Juškienė, was a sister of the general, and her father, Rapolas Juška, held the position of a leader in the Šiluvos Riflemen's Union. Juškaitė experienced the hardships of exile at a young age when her family was deported to Siberia on June 14, 1941, an event that had a profound impact on her early life and legacy.

Throughout her life, R. K. Juškaitė dedicated herself to the field of medicine, contributing significantly to her community in Kelmės krašte, where she spent a significant part of her career. Her work not only reflects her professional dedication but also ties her heritage to the Lithuanian struggle for independence, marking her as a significant historical and cultural figure.

Her funeral services are set to take place on March 14 at 11 AM in Tytuvėnai Church, followed by burial in Šiluvos Cemetery.
