San Carlos, a prominent sugar producer in Ecuador, has introduced a new corporate campaign titled "Proud to be the #1 Sugar Brand in Ecuador" to emphasize its strong presence in the local sugar market. The initiative aims to showcase the company’s market positioning as well as its integration into the daily lives of Ecuadorian households, with statistics revealing that San Carlos products are found in nine out of ten homes across the country.
The company reported more than 18 million purchases of its sugar within the past year, a clear indicator of its robust market presence both in terms of volume and sales value. This campaign not only aims to reinforce brand loyalty among consumers but also serves to communicate the company's commitment to efficiency and sustainability within its production processes, celebrating 128 years of operation in Ecuador.
Furthermore, the campaign highlights the entire sugar production chain, which encompasses various stages from sugarcane cultivation to distribution and commercialization. This involves the participation of farmers, technicians, and other operatives engaged in the agro-industrial activity related to sugar, thereby tying the brand closely to the economic and social fabric of Ecuadorian agriculture.
