In a troubling incident at the Hospital Geral de Roraima in Boa Vista, a 27-year-old woman was the victim of an attempted rape early Thursday morning. While visiting her hospitalized sister, the woman was attacked in the bathroom at approximately 2:45 AM. The assailant, a 24-year-old man, reportedly confronted her as she exited the bathroom, where he was allegedly caught in an indecent act.
