The Joniškis Hospital Has a New Director
Aranta Būtautaitė has been appointed as the new director of Joniškis Hospital after successfully competing against several candidates.
Aranta Būtautaitė has been appointed as the new director of VšĮ Joniškio ligoninė after successfully navigating through a competitive selection process that involved six applicants. Out of these, four candidates met the necessary requirements and participated in the competition, which Būtautaitė won after passing two stages of selection. Her appointment marks a significant transition for the hospital as it aims to enhance its service offerings in the region.
Būtautaitė brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having completed her residency in internal medicine at VšĮ Regioninė Mažeikių ligoninė. She has previously held various positions in the same hospital, including a temporary role as the head of the Emergency and Triage Department, where she served from January to June 2020. Since June 2020, she has led the Emergency Medical Aid Department and served as an acting director in 2024. Her professional background demonstrates her capability to manage complex medical environments effectively.
In her new position, Būtautaitė emphasizes her responsibility towards the hospital staff and patients. She aims to strengthen the hospital's position in the region and ensure the provision of high-quality services.
