The Lithuanian Ministry has announced the search for a new director of the Innovation Agency, a key institution that supports business growth, adds high value, and helps Lithuanian companies establish themselves in international markets. According to the Deputy Minister Paulius Petrauskas, the agency is vital for strengthening the innovation ecosystem in Lithuania and ensuring that state investments in innovation yield maximum benefits for the national economy.

The new director will be responsible for the strategic direction of the agency, optimizing operational efficiency, and strengthening relationships with businesses, academic institutions, international partners, and participants in the innovation ecosystem. The candidate must possess a deep understanding of Lithuanian and EU legislation, economic and innovation policies, and principles of strategic management, project, and process management, which are essential for the role.
