Sudanese Minister of Information to Al Jazeera: More than 3 million displaced people have returned to Khartoum after the war

The Sudanese Minister of Culture and Information reported that over 3 million displaced persons have returned to Khartoum following the end of the conflict, bringing the current population to about 8 million.
