Starting in April, Kambja municipality in Estonia will raise its financial support for school bags from 100 euros to 120 euros, as well as increase the birthday support for the elderly from 30 euros to 50 euros. Additionally, the limit for care expenses will be increased from 700 euros to 800 euros. This financial boost aims to support both families with children entering school and elderly residents in commemorating their birthdays.

The increase in support is part of a broader initiative by local government to provide better assistance and improve the quality of life for its residents, especially in times of rising costs of living.
