Schools: Applications for Standard, Experimental, Public Onasio Schools and Ecclesiastical Standard Schools start tomorrow
Starting tomorrow, electronic applications can be submitted for admission to various types of schools in Greece including Standard and Ecclesiastical schools.
On Thursday, March 12, the submission of electronic applications for admission to Standard Schools, Public Onasio Schools, Ecclesiastical Standard Schools, and Experimental Schools begins. These applications are filed through a dedicated digital platform established by the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports. The online platform will remain open for application submissions, and detailed guidance for the application process, along with necessary information and legal framework related to admissions, has been published on this platform.
Parents or guardians must access the application service using their TAXISNET codes. Each student can apply for up to two Standard Gymnasiums or two Standard Lyceums, one Public Onasio Gymnasium, or one Public Onasio Lyceum, as well as one Ecclesiastical Standard Gymnasium or Lyceum in a single application form. This system aims to streamline the admissions process and provide parents with clear instructions on how to navigate the digital submission.
The introduction of these applications marks an essential step in the educational calendar in Greece as it allows for better organization and access to educational opportunities. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts by the government to modernize the educational framework and ensure that parents and students have the necessary resources at their disposal for a smooth application process.
