The National Police in Spain has apprehended two men in connection with harassment and threats directed at Ione Belarra, secretary general of the Podemos party, via her Instagram account. The arrests took place in Toledo and Xirivella in Valencia, with authorities indicating that both suspects are Spanish nationals. The 49-year-old man detained in Toledo has a history of police encounters, while the 30-year-old from Xirivella has no prior arrests.
