The tragic story unfolds as the bodies of two Alagoas residents, Erivânio Gonçalves da Silva, aged 60, and Maria Zinete de Jesus, aged 77, who perished in a bus accident in Minas Gerais, arrive in their home state for burial. The incident occurred when a bus overturned on BR-251 in Northern Minas Gerais. Family members expressed deep sorrow as they anticipated the return of their loved ones for final rites.

Upon arrival in Alagoas at 6 AM, the bodies were immediately transported to their respective wake locations.
