In Uusikaupunki, Finland, a hungry robber broke into a grill trailer located in the courtyard of a shop. This incident, reported by the Southwest Finland Police Department, took place during the night between Monday and Tuesday of the previous week. Police indicated that the suspect made use of the grill trailer's equipment and stole food, highlighting unusual criminal behavior motivated by hunger.

On the same day as the grilling incident, police were also called to respond to various traffic violations involving drunk driving. One case involved a man who crashed into a traffic pole at the intersection of Pietolankatu and Kaarikatu. The driver registered a blood alcohol content significantly above the legal limit for severe drinking and was subsequently issued a temporary driving ban.

Later that same day, another intoxicated driver attempted to flee from police upon being spotted. The individual ignored a stop sign and was driving at a considerable speed, trying to escape the authorities. However, law enforcement was able to apprehend him, leading to charges of dangerous driving, unauthorized vehicle operation, and drunk driving. These incidents reflect ongoing concerns regarding public safety and substance abuse in the area.
