Reports from the state’s Public Security Secretariat indicate that the young suspects bound, gagged, and assaulted the female homeowner and her father during the incident. The crime occurred early in the morning around 5 AM when the homeowner inadvertently opened her door for a morning walk and was attacked by one of the suspects.
