Following the success in Jawczyce, Nordspace is already planning additional projects in the Warsaw area, with a new investment set to launch in Zamienie between the third and fourth quarters of 2026. The company is also exploring potential sites in Lesznowola and Janki, suggesting a wider geographical expansion strategy aimed at meeting the demands of the growing SME sector in Poland. The rapid commercialization of the initial park signifies a robust interest from local entrepreneurs, with a waiting list of 24 businesses already identified for future occupancy.

Additionally, Stokado, the second-largest operator in the rapidly expanding Polish self-storage market, has secured 80 million PLN in debt financing from Bank Pekao to refinance part of its invested capital. This funding will support both its growth and operational strategies in the booming self-storage sector, demonstrating the financial backing available for innovative business models catering to the needs of small enterprises in Poland. As demand for flexible workspace solutions continues to rise, both Nordspace and Stokado are positioning themselves to capitalize on this trend.
