A tragic road accident in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, resulted in the death of three individuals when two motorcyclists collided with a broken truck parked on the roadside.

On Monday, a severe road accident occurred in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, where two motorcyclists collided with a malfunctioning truck that was parked on the road. The impact of the collision resulted in the immediate deaths of three individuals riding on the bikes. Police arrived at the scene promptly and sent the deceased to the morgue for autopsies while ensuring that the other injured victims received medical treatment at local hospitals.

The incident took place near Nigohar under the jurisdiction of the Fursatganj police station. The truck had been left abandoned due to a breakdown, and the two cyclists were returning home after attending a wedding invitation at their in-laws. Following the collision, a total of seven individuals, including the deceased, fell from their bikes. Among those who lost their lives were 45-year-old Hiralal, along with two others named Atul and Disha. Their bodies have been collected for postmortem examinations.

In addition to the fatalities, four other riders were seriously injured in the crash and were referred to the district hospital in Raebareli after receiving initial medical care. This incident highlights the dangers of poorly managed roadside repairs and the urgent need for better road safety regulations in the area to prevent such tragic events in the future.
