Rodrigo Malfitani, a food and beverage manager with over two decades of experience, has launched a book detailing his thoughts and experiences in the hospitality industry.
Rodrigo Malfitani, a seasoned professional with more than 20 years in the food and beverage sector, has unveiled his new book titled "Diário da Hospitalidade – crônicas e reflexões sobre Alimentos & Bebidas & Gente" published by Haikai Editora. The launch event is set to occur at the Futuro Refeitório restaurant in Pinheiros on Tuesday, October 10, from 6 PM to 10 PM. The book compiles over 50 revised articles where Malfitani shares anecdotes and reflections from his extensive work in hospitality, team management, and customer experiences in bars and restaurants.
Malfitani's educational background includes a hospitality degree from Senac-SP and an MBA in strategic business management. Throughout his career, he has contributed to various significant projects within the industry, such as the establishment of Brazil's first Hooters location and the creation of the healthy eating brand Mango Smoothies. His diverse experience encompasses notable companies like Cia Tradicional de Comércio and prestigious restaurants, including Leopolldo and Ritz, as well as hotel chains like GJP.
