Registration for the VAI TEC Acceleration Program ends this Tuesday
Registration for the 11th edition of São Paulo's VAI TEC Acceleration Program ends on Tuesday, with selected projects receiving funding and support for local technological solutions.
The registration for the 11th edition of the VAI TEC Acceleration Program, a local initiative by the São Paulo Municipal Secretariat for Economic Development and Labor, will close on Tuesday, October 10. This program aims to promote technological solutions that contribute to local development, job creation, and income generation. A total of 25 businesses will be selected to participate, with each receiving R$ 52,000 along with technical support and mentoring to develop their business over six months.
The current edition welcomes projects proposing solutions in various fields, including applied artificial intelligence for health care, urban planning, mobility, and education, as well as management systems or software, application development, cybersecurity, augmented and virtual reality for immersive experiences, blockchain, and distributed technologies. This initiative reflects São Paulo's commitment to fostering innovation and supporting the growth of tech startups.
Over the past decade, the VAI TEC program has successfully accelerated 320 ventures, strengthening innovative businesses engaged in developing technological solutions that address local challenges. This ongoing support showcases the city’s proactive approach to enhancing its economic landscape and building a sustainable future for local entrepreneurs.
